The Anti-Sludge System

Sludge is a recurring problem in all types of water networks such as floor heating, radiators, and central air treatments. As well as its occurrence, the recycling or disposal of sludge continues to be a major challenge for the water industry.

Sludge is a semi-solid slurry and can be produced from conventional water treatments and numerous industrial processes. This ‘soupy’ material is usually characterized by water more or less loaded with black or brown material that gradually clogs and thus deteriorate pipes and energy efficiency in water systems.

 

The Solution: the Anti-Sludge System

Currently, sludge solutions are not entirely satisfactory and frequently involve chemicals or facilities requiring maintenance (for example, sludge filters). Moreover, it is often necessary to bring in professionals, to investigate networks that have become clogged, with machines especially designed for the treatment of sludge.

To avoid these constraints, the Anti-Sludge System was designed to operate:

  • without using chemicals (such as corrosion inhibitors)
  • without maintenance or adjustments

Functioning process

The water in the piping networks no longer has the characteristics and molecular structure in its natural state (for example, spring water).

Water molecules have the ability to combine through hydrogen bonds. By connecting together, they form larger or smaller aggregates called “clusters”, duration more or less limited.

Poor water quality is characterized by the development of very large and chaotic clusters; its structure is completely degraded.

Water of high quality contains clusters of polymeric types consisting of 5 to 6 molecules. This water has natural properties that give it excellent stability and most importantly, a regenerating capacity.

Each Anti-Sludge System is produced to specific characteristics.

By installing a System on the heating water network, it will give the water a structure and an energy allowing it to filter naturally.

At the heart of the System, there are elements that create a low frequency field. Upon entering the system, the water flow is subjected to a vortex effect and will be split into different partial flows.

On a regular basis, the water will be restructured and will regain its regenerating capabilities. With time, the components of the sludge will disappear through the inversion of an oxidation process to a reduction process. The sludge will be totally eliminated. In turn, the water is filtered efficiently.
